Components XML files for opGUI - Gtest for component Algorithm_RouteControl

- include components XML files for opGUI => closes #242 (closed)
- in system configs (and therefore in components XML files), ID of components parameters defined by strings instead of integers ==> parameters call consistent between static and dynamic modes
- Gtest for component Algorithm_RouteControl, replaces the Qt test ==> closes #106 (closed)
