Minor fixes for v0.8

There are some minor issues with the latest servant commit:

1. in https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/simopenpass/simopenpass/-/blob/servant/sim/contrib/examples/PCM_Re-Simulation/opSimulationManager.xml it should say "modules"
2. the version in GUI is still v0.7
3. there are at least two old config files named "masterConfig.xml", which are not used anymore

Please, fix the issues on servant via a bug-fix branch and merge again to master. I will move the official tag v0.8 then...
