Interpretation of Traffic Lights

Traffic lights are declared in OpenDRIVE. The steering of them is defined in OpenSCENARIO. openPASS should be able to interpret traffic lights.

The following traffic lights are supported:

These traffic lights are controlled by OpenScenario.

Next steps: Implementation of further traffic light conditions (off, yellow flashing, ...)
