Test publishing artifacts to Eclipse HawkBit

This now works, I will publish updated hawkbitctl next week and close the related #477 (closed) task. This will unblock exploration of how this can be rested in CI.

I will pick this up soon. I've added a blocking dependency on the new issue #555 (closed) but the actual job should be fairly trivial.

I need to get documentation in place, land this and make sure that we have debugged the issue around protected variables.

The pipeline was tested and works all the way to devices :)
