[Refactor] New way to handle how scaling data is retrieved from the Producers within the export nodes : set_scaling_attributes() function.

[Fix](AvgPool) Accumulation variable type was not large enough to handle quantized inference (int8 instead of int32)

[Fix] New names for log_outputs generated folders requiring the use of the new get_ranked_nodes_name() function

- kernels/ : The forward call of the corresponding kernels (Btw activation and rescaling have exactly the same implementation...)
- network/ : The utilitary functions which may be used by other kernels

Also move the `macs.hpp` file into the network folder, for coherence
