Add messaging when there are errors to check the commits associated email

When there are errors with the ECA currently, we only state which commit has which issues and not general help text for resolving issues. We should update the fingerprint UI to give users guidance on common solutions to issues that might not be obvious. This includes issues related to incorrect emails being used as the author/committer email in Git. We should add this messaging to help users in self-service resolutions to their issues.
