GLSP and emfcloud Jenkins instances can't find executors

Summary

The glsp Jenkins instance (https://ci.eclipse.org/glsp) and the emf.cloud Jenkins instance (https://ci.eclipse.org/emfcloud) seem to have no available executors and therefore cannot run any job. Could you please help us by restarting the instances? Thank you in advance!
