Executors unavailable for ci.eclipse.org/glassfish

Since yesterday no more executors become available for ci.eclipse.org/glassfish.

I restarted the job 7 times, where I left attempt 6 waiting for many hours to no avail.

The restart seemed to have helpt. It looks like executors are there again! Thanks :)

Jenkins instance has been restarted and builds are running again.
