What is the expected correct behavior?

Jobs are runnable

Relevant logs and/or screenshots

In job console this hangs up forever

Still waiting to schedule task
Waiting for next available executor

I have restarted the instance and builds are running again.

Same Problem happened again.. https://ci.eclipse.org/kiso-testing/job/kiso-testing/job/PR-20/ Is it from your side ? can we improve our Jenkinsfile ?

I have restarted the instance and builds are running again.

It's an upstream issue in the Jenkins Kubernetes plugin, see #682. We are trying to find a solution for it.
