Theia Jenkins: Linux build not working/starting

Summary

For Theia Blueprint the Jenkins Build does not work for the Linux Platform anymore. This started yesterday evening. As far as I can see the build is not starting/the build node can't be assigned: https://ci.eclipse.org/theia/job/theia-next/job/master/ https://ci.eclipse.org/theia/job/Theia2/job/master/

The Linux build is based on a custom Pod-template. We haven't changed the pipeline files, so there were no changes there https://github.com/eclipse-theia/theia-blueprint/blob/master/Jenkinsfile / https://github.com/eclipse-theia/theia-blueprint/blob/master/next/Jenkinsfile

I don't see any log messages, so I am a bit lost about what could be wrong. Maybe some used up resource quotas?

Another instance of [Bug 577166] Jobs dont start on Jenkins instances. I've restarted the Theia Jenkins instance and it works again.
