In #5043 (comment 2825431) I was made aware that there is an API for this: https://api.eclipse.org/bots/

For technology.m2e it says that the bot's github data are:

• username: eclipse-m2e-bot
• email : m2e-bot@eclipse.org

To make this a bit more specific: We need a PAT for the m2e-bot user.

Which permissions exactly does the m2e-bot user need?

Similar to #5020 (closed) we need a PAT with scope public_repo.

• Classic Personal Access Token (PAT) with repo scope.

or

• Fine-grained Personal Access Token (PAT) with contents: write and pull-requests: write scopes.
