Make the Eclipse SDK Bots ready for contributions
Summary
With a new Github workflow we would like to automate the process of applying version increments in the beginning of a release via
- https://github.com/eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.releng.aggregator/pull/2352
- https://github.com/eclipse-pde/eclipse.pde/pull/1408
As part of this automation the bot users of the using project's will make contributions in the future. In order to make this work we need to
- have their mail registered as one that has signed the ECA
In order to make the identification of bot-users and their contributions easier to identify it would be great if you would
- link the bot's Github user account with the bot user mail in order to make the connection visible on GH
- Link https://github.com/eclipse-pde-bot with eclipse-pde-bot@eclipse.org
- Link https://github.com/eclipse-equinox-bot with eclipse-equinox-bot@eclipse.org
- Link https://github.com/eclipse-platform-bot with eclipse-platform-bot@eclipse.org
- Link https://github.com/eclipse-jdt-bot with eclipse-jdt-bot@eclipse.org
- add a Eclipse-IDE specific profile picture for them, for example the icon used in all of the eclipse IDE top-level organisations: https://github.com/eclipse-platform/, i.e. https://avatars.githubusercontent.com/u/95248176?s=200&v=4
Currently the workflow is only set up for PDE, but I assume Eclipse-Platform, Equinox and JDT will be interested too. Therefore I'm creating this batch-request that you don't have to start again for each project.

Impact
At the moment a commit automatically created by a bot-user is marked as not ECA-signed and formally should not accept it. See for example
