Mosaic Website Build is not working as it is "Still waiting to schedule task"

Summary

Today, we wanted to update our website contents on https://eclipse.dev/mosaic/ via our CI instance on https://ci.eclipse.org/mosaic/, which does not work. All triggered builds stalling in:

"Still waiting to schedule task" All nodes are offline

Maybe, restarting helps (such as in this issue: #939 (closed))

Steps to reproduce

After the SCM change in main, we Scanned the multibranch pipeline to start the staged job.

What is the current bug behavior?

Build is not working.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Build should work (hugo should build the website and deploy it).
