Hono's Jenkins does not respond anymore

The https://ci.eclipse.org/hono/ site responds very, very slowly only.

Open https://ci.eclipse.org/hono/ in a browser.

What is the current bug behavior?

The web pages are loading very, very slowly which makes working with our Jenkins instance basically impossible.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Pages should load as quickly as for other projects.

Impact

I cannot diagnose any of the failing build jobs that are running on the instance. This prevents us from updating our website and creating bugfix releases.

I've restarted the instance and it does seem to be more responsive.
