I noticed this too trying to publish Maven snapshots.

This is empty:

https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/snapshots/org/eclipse/platform/org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core/2.9.200-SNAPSHOT/

While the last good build did create the artifacts.

Somehow they didn't end up promoted, though I think they should be.

Related to #682.

Also a large number (1900+) of left-over agents in the JENKINS_HOME/nodes were not cleaned up and had to be removed manually.

Builds are running again now.
