Eclipse Kura Jenkins build not working

Summary

The Eclipse Kura Jenkins seems to be not working properly: build are stacked ready for execution but there are no available executors.

Steps to reproduce

Access to the Eclipse Kura Jenkins and see that the Build Queue is filled but the build executors section is empty

What is the current bug behavior?

No build executed

What is the expected correct behavior?

Build should run

Impact

The issue is blocking for us because we are working on a couple of service releases that are currently waiting to be built.
