Gemini - Enterprise Modules Project restructuring review

The EMO is using this issue to track the progress of a project restructuring review.

The Enterprises Modules project will be renamed to Eclipse Gemini.

Subprojects nested under the Gemini Enterprise Modules project will be collapsed into the single parent project, the committers from these projects will be merged and the project resources will be moved to be hosted under the same Gemini repository.
