Projects without activity that should be considered for termination by EMO

We will use this ticket to track projects identified by @fgurr and @webmaster that have shown none or little activity for some time.

If you wish to nominate a project for consideration please use the following template:

- Project Name:
- URL:
- Last commit:
- Last release:
- Reason for nomination:

EMO will review the nominated projects based on the following criteria:

• Last commit date and reason for nomination
• Presence of active Project Leads and Committers
• Communication channels activity
• Engagement and responsiveness to EMO and IT teams
• Project status (i.e. incubation/mature)

If the proposed project is found to be "inactive" by EMO we will

• Reach out to PMC and PLs to ask for more information about the project status
• EMO will schedule a termination review

If the proposed project is determined to be stable

• EMO will schedule a progress review

EMO will post a link to the corresponding review ticket in this same issue.
