Build Failed durinng build and install the dependencies (Windows)

Hi,

I followed the exact same process to install the dependencies on windows on two laptops. However, I get this error and build is failed

I also tried reinstalling the make and made sure that it is accessible, however, the issue still persitis. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
