Update documentation

• For the AgentFollowingDriverModel, the documentation of the underlying model is missing. The reference to the model is missing.
• A note to user saying that the FMU integer data type shall be 32 bit or higher for the ID is required.
• “qt5-default” package is no more available. Hence it should be replaced with required relevant packages under prerequisites.
• Wrong Windows patch command while installing FMI Library
