Documentation and build improvements

Some minor issues regarding documentation and build:

• CI/Build scripts:
  • No. of parallel jobs in build scripts are currently hardcoded. Should be dynamic.
  • End-to-end test reports from Windows and Linux get overwritten by each other
• Documentation
  • CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH entry for MSYS should be re-ordered to get expected results when resolving dependencies
  • RoadObject inline documentation has to be completed and moved to interface file
  • Turning rates missing in doc
