Disable PCM under Linux

According to discussions in the AC on 10.02.2022 the PCM case shall be disabled under Linux. This is due to the fact, that there is currently no option to load PCM cases under Linux (Windows uses Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable).

A user trying to run PCM under Linux shall get a message, indicating that PCM can currently only be simulated using Windows.

Changes are needed in:

  • GUI plugins
  • Documentation
  • possibly other places
