- ILaneLocationQueryService::GetProjectedCenterLinePoint
  Calculate pose projected from a given position to a 
  target lane center line
- ILaneLocationQueryService::GetProjectedPoseAtLane
  Tries to map a given position to a lane and then 
  returns the projected center line point of the lane
  from the given position
- IGeometryHelper::AreOrientedSimilarly
  Checks if given orientations are similar (equidirectional)
