Research rauc-hawkbit-updater

The RAUC hawkbit updater is packaged in the meta-rauc layer. We should build it and see if it is in good shape and if it can be used with a locally running hawkbit instance.

Extra care should be taken to figure out:

how to provision configuration
how read-only base image complicates stuff
