one more hint, I fear we have to use glibc too (which was set as default 3 weeks ago) , this is the reason I faced some "error: use of undeclared identifier 'strtoll_l'" on dunfell branch and you didn't on pre-kirkstone one.

Summarizing feasibility tests performed on SBC-C61 board:

Flutter example application - flutter-gallery with toyota ivi-homescreen embedder was built and run on Wayland backend. Application runs without graphic acceleration. Currently, NXP Vivante GPU support is enabled in the kernel and there is no proper support for user space gpu-accelerated graphics libraries.

Relying on mainline graphics stack, we need to add Etnaviv support for Vivante GPU in kernel and set up graphics meta-data for etnaviv in target meta layer.

New issue is created for further development #838
