    Value

The Oniro project officially supports Oniro's Linux and Zephyr LTS on the SECO ASTRID (formerly SBC-C61) reference board. Such board is the ideal candidate for makers as well as real product prototyping, given the rich feature set as well as the available documentation and the relatively low target price.

    Description

Support is integrated inside Oniro's Yocto Project build system and available among the officially supported image of the Linux and Zephyr o.s. flavor. Developers can build an official Oniro Linux and Zephyr image, flash it on the target and use all available debugging and profiling tools.

The supported reference board is added to the test infrastructure and continuous testing is performed to verify both supported peripherals and functionalities, as well as performance testing and compliance testing.

    Supported peripherals:

    • NXP i.MX8MM (2/4x Cortex-A53, 1x Cortex-M4)
    • 2x Ethernet (Ethernet interfaced to PCI-e is optional)
