Most things are moved unchanged. The relatively few changes are to the
documentation, as the split between the meta-ohos and manifest is gone,
as well as to the actual CI definitions for the workspace directory,
since the sources/ sub-directory is gone, and there was some
backwards-compatibility code that no longer makes sense to maintain.

The repository will be renamed and its path will change. For now we only
advertise the new repository name: oniro. Additional changes will come
when it's path will also change.

The collection is also changed a bit to drop the "meta-" prefix. There
is no clear standardization on the collection name. Some use an ID, some
use ID-layer, some use meta-ID etc. We have decided to use the the layer
name without the "meta-" prefix  because this is an ID, not a layer per
se.

Simplify the build setup by replacing poky with oe-core and bitbake.
This removes some of the build layers we don't use and simplifies the
build structure and upstream components a bit.

Currently, the Linux Oniro distro configuration is based on poky. We
plan to simplify the build setup by using oe-core and bitbake directly
so we remove this distro dependency by making it a standalone distro
configuration.

The repo manifests are currently in a separate repository. This became a
burden in maintenence as meta-asos (oniro) has hard dependencies on it
(for example bblayers configuration sample). This moves the manifests in
the main oniro repository so we can handle repo manifests and build
metadata changes atomically.

The manifests repository is to be deprecated.

The import of the manifest XML files is clean with the exeption of
flattening the projects in sources. In other words, a project that used
to be checked out in /sources/foo is not checked out in /foo.

This was done to support OTA which in turn takes advantage of the
tryboot functionality.

It also unifies the kernel version as per the project's requirements.

The .ostc-ci directory becomes .oniro-ci

The various CI variables names are now all uniformly named CI_ONIRO_.
Some specific variables were further trimmed to avoid using "CI" twice.

Remaining uses of OSTC and OHOS are for URLs, container images and
branch names.

meta-ohos-foundation is containing recipes for some OpenHarmony components. Due
to the fact that OpenHarmony relies on GN tool which requires complete source
tree for carrying out the build, it was decided to drop recipe-per-component
approach and try a single gn.bbclass based recipe for all interconnected
OpenHarmony components approach instead. That decision renders this layer
obsolete.

The new logo file needed tweaking of the background color to match.
Psplash does sadly support this only as a patch to the header file. An
additional patch was added to disable the progress bar.

Currently ACTS are planned to be built together with OpenHarmony dependencies
in a single recipe using gn.bbclass. This renders all xts-acts related recipes
and the layer itself obsolete.

Our QEMU builds were using the .build-image job, which archives all of
the deploy/image directory. This directory started to inflate recently,
in ways I did not explore.

Given that this breaks CI and is split across repositories the
.build-wic-image job was pushed into the manifest repository. Now with
the new job available we can switch the x86 and x86_64 QEMU image builds
to use the new .build-wic-image job, which saves a subset of the
artifacts that CI actually consumes downstream.
