During workspace construction, the .workspace job relies on a git-repo
mirror which tracks all of the repositories described by the manifest.
Those mirrors are maintained externally in the infrastructure of the
continuous integration system. Switch to the mirror which tracks the
manifests from booting.onrioproject.org.

The CI system depends on a number of containers. Those used to be
defined in another repository but with this migration we can now
simplify and aggregate everything into one repository.

refer to non-existent repository. They will be re-enabled soon, after
all containers and shared jobs definitions are merged into the oniro
project.

Support for DWARF-5 is incomplete on Zephyr due to its reliance
on pyelftools for tests.
Default to DWARF-4 on non-Linux targets for the time being.

RAUC uses a state file `status.raucs`. In the Oniro images this file is
prescribed to be in `/run/mount/sysdata/common/`. Exploratory testing
has found that RAUC cannot create the leading directory automatically
and fails to handle an update transaction.

Resolve this by adding a systemd configuration override file which
creates the directory using ExecStartPre=

qemu v5.2.0 expects meson version to be >=0.55.x and poky-dunfell
is has a v0.53.x and hence cannot use meson available natively.
skip the native version so that qemu v5.2.0 would compile and use
the needed version and use it.

poky-dunfell uses qemu v4.2.0 but need to upgrade to v5.2.x or above to
support machine mps2-an386 for arm32 as supported by liteosm.

qemu v5.2.0 recipe is picked from poky-hardknott with commit id:
a1fa9d11540b5de1abf4bedcde746f9727377950

Zephyr and FreeRTOS jobs do not require 16GB of RAM to build and
constitute the bulk of our CI (by number) quota usage. By moving them to
smaller instances, with 4GB of RAM, we can use the remaining quota
better.

On the infrastructure side we now have a new auto-scaling pool, with
s3.large.2 instances. Those join the existing s3.xlarge.4 (formerly
known as "heavy") and s3.large.8 (formerly known as "light").

The .workspace job uses the s2.large.8 by default, making a safe (but
expensive) default. Specific jobs deviate as follows:

 - zephyr and freertos jobs use s3.large.2
 - two blueprint jobs with more recipes use s3.xlarge.4
