qemu: Upgrade version from v4.2.0 to v5.2.0 as needed by liteosm qemu-arm32

poky-dunfell uses qemu v4.2.0 but need to upgrade to v5.2.x or above to
support machine mps2-an386 for arm32 as supported by liteosm.

qemu v5.2.0 recipe is picked from poky-hardknott with commit id:
a1fa9d11540b5de1abf4bedcde746f9727377950
