- CMake:
    - More flexible gmock library detection
    - Adapt MSYS2 drive letter prefix for library detection
- QMake: Dropped MSYS/MinGW library version suffix for boost
- ThirdParty:
    - Now using MSYS2 instead of MinGW-w64 for Windows platforms
    - Dropped protobuf, googletest and boost (Win64 only)
- Utils: Adapt config runner script to work with MSYS2 cmd shell
