Create continuous build with travis-ci

As discussed in issue #5 (closed), we need a continuous build with Jenkins.

I plan on removing the /public folder from our master branch since Jenkins will be responsible for rebuilding the site and pushing the output to our gh-pages branch each time a commit is pushed to our master branch.
