Add Explore Collaborations button and adjust link button styles

Resolves #264 (closed)

  • Adds a button in the header for "Explore Collaborations"
  • Moves border styles of table under <tr>s instead of <td>s and <th>s
  • Adds .btn-link-boxed to style buttons with BS3's .btn-link with the addition of a border.
