Quick Update to Industry Collaborations Web Page as a Stop Gap before Website Redesign is Rolled Out

Add third organge tab following "Join a Collaboration" and "Start a Collaboration" of "Explore Collaborations". This tab should take one to https://www.eclipse.org/org/workinggroups/explore.php.
We recgonize there are a lot of call to actions on this page. However, can a quick investigation take place to determine if we can make "More About Working Groups" and "More About Interest Groups" to be more identifiable that a user can click on them??
