fix(elections): remove elected nominee page func, remove unneeded personal data

After a discussion w/ Gesine, it was decided to remove the elected nominee page, as the content thats important for that page would be in the board of directors page. For now, we will keep the name, the type of nominee, and the username of nominees for potential future use.
