• fix: Update GH revalidation logic to use new split repo + org name params

Missed in original change set to resolve an issue with path encoding. This change fixes the revalidation UI to use the proper values as used in the rest of the back end which are now split.

@cguindon tested on staging as we can't accurately recreate GH API super accurately in testing. Confirmed working, I even caught a secondary bug I'd never noticed in this fix. I'll be merging it and pushing it to prod by 2pm today latest
