Update the Git ECA status UI to be more clean + clear

Right now the UI isn't super clear on what passed and what failed. We should improve the UI to make this easier to read. I'm thinking we can do a few things:

• Split the errors from the successes
• Indicate general success at the top of the page
• add sanitized reference to email or Eclipse account if the issue is ECA signage
