Issue with ef_username in private projects report

Currently, there is a minor issue with the private projects report for the Eclipse Foundation username mapping for the report. This data maps the GitLab user ID to the Eclipse user to make it easier to use this report data. There is an issue where it seems to pull the name rather than the username.
