Eclipse Github Standardization

Hello:)

I would like to trigger a small request about the GitHub eclipse organization. Can you add in in the default templates for the organizations the ".github" folder together with some templates for Security.md and ISSUE_TEMPLATES? This would be awesome. Maybe there is more what I have yet overseen, maybe a PR template or something. Would be great!

This is exactly what the Otterdog blueprint is addressing by automatically opening pull requests on projects to propose default configurations for GitHub repositories.
