The plan is to set up a new forum for the Capella project using Discourse (https://www.discourse.org/) and to use this domain name for it (forum.mbse-capella.org). Once set up, we'll migrate the data from the Polarsys forum on the discourse one, it is important for us to keep this content as it provides value to the community. And we'll also migrate the data from the current Eclipse Capella forum. What we hope is that we can provide a better service to the Capella community with the forum using Discourse.
BTW, reading this https://www.eclipse.org/legal/logo_guidelines.php#Proper_Usage_of_Eclipse_Trademarks_project on point 3), it says "....the usage does not imply or infer that the publication, domain name or book is supported or authorized by Eclipse or any Eclipse project.", I wonder if it sould say "....the usage does not imply or infer that the publication, domain name or book is supported or authorized by Eclipse Foundation or any Eclipse project.". Should I raise a ticket?

Okay. Generalizing... this domain will be used to further the goals of the Eclipse Capella open source project in an open, transparent, and vendor neutral manner. That's inline with our trademark guidelines.
Since the domain uses an Eclipse Foundation trademark, we'll need to own it. When you're ready to secure the domain, let Sharon MacDonald (CC) know and she'll initiate the process.

When I raised that very same issue, I was pointed to the first line of the document which defines the term "Eclipse":
This Policy defines the allowable use of Eclipse Foundation ("Eclipse") names, marks and logos (referred to herein generally as "Trademarks").
FWIW, I think it would be great if you would raise a ticket pointing out that this is confusing despite (or perhaps because of) the term having been defined.
