@emerks Service is restarting, there is an outage on the cluster affecting cbi instances and repo.eclipse.org.

Is repo.eclipse.org moved to the new storage already? If not - please do it ASAP, this is really a killer for every project and as long it fails whether JIPPs are migrated or not doesn't matter as everything falls apart.

This is not a storage issue related here, but a failure on the cluster.
