Can I get a sample of the rows in the `file_resource` table of open-vsx.org.
Summary
Working on https://github.com/EclipseFdn/open-vsx.org/issues/2317 and in follow up to #4797 (closed), I'd like to get a sample of the rows in the Postgres file_resource table, say 2000 or so. We're trying to understand use better so we can consider optimizations.

Impact
file_resource table consumes that most storage by far. We're looking to reduce this.
