Correct Naming convention for PR IP check
Summary
The IP lab and the vet template have different templates. Not sure how to create and name an PR IP check correctly.
Following the IP lab the following convention should be used: Pull request: https://github.com/eclipse/dash-licenses/pull316
The vet template uses the following convention: project/automotive.tractusx/-/puris/0.0
(my latest ticket)
@wbeaton, maybe you can help?
Steps to reproduce
Create IP issue with vet template: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/emo-team/iplab/-/issues
What is the current bug behavior?
(What actually happens)
What is the expected correct behavior?
(What you should see instead) Do we need to update the template?
Relevant logs and/or screenshots
(Add a link to or paste any relevant logs - please use code blocks (```) to format console output, logs, and code, as it's very hard to read otherwise.)

Impact
(What is the impact of this issue? Is it blocking a release? Are there any time constraints?, for example: "We have a release tomorrow")
Based on IP lab, we make IP checks faster and easier when following the conventions. I'm just not sure which convention to follow.
