Description
https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/bash-editor/help\ https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/yaml-editor/help\ https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/batch-editor/help\ ...
Does all show a help about describing steps to\
- install new software\
- Add a new site using the url http://dist.springsource.com/release/TOOLS/update/e3.7/ to the Eclipse Update Manager. \
- selecting suclipse
I am the owner of the plugins listed before and I have nothing defined like that.
Also i tried out with a foreign plugin and adding the trailing "/help" did result in same strange website...
Is this some kind of easter egg?
Trouble is that I found this website by using a search engine - in my case google. It was on place 3 in my results. This is disturbing for people - the search for a plugin and come to help page having absoletely nothing to do with the searched plugin but also inside same domain space:
https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/${pluginName}/help
IMHO you should either
a) remove the help subpages at all
b) make this configurable ?
c) create a help page that clarifies that this is a general help page and where to find the real plugin
