Unable to cleanup old GMF Notation/Runtime builds
Summary
GMF Notation & GMF Runtime have accumulated a lot of obsolete interim and milestone builds. I'd like to remove them, but even when logged in (I'm project lead on GMF Runtime), I can't.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to https://download.eclipse.org/modeling/gmp/gmf-notation/updates/interim/ (for example).
- Make sure you're logged in.
- Check the oldest build, I201805141328.
- Click on the "Move selected to archive.eclipse.org"
What is the current bug behavior?
I get an error message:
Folder cannot be archived: failed with 256. Please contact webmaster.
Note that this also applies to:
- https://download.eclipse.org/modeling/gmp/gmf-notation/updates/ (interim,milestones)
- https://download.eclipse.org/modeling/gmp/gmf-runtime/updates/ (interim,milestones)
What is the expected correct behavior?
The selected folder should be moved to archive, and from there I should be able to completely delete them.

Impact
I cant' cleanup all the historical cruft. I don't think the disk usage is that high, but still.
