What account/email to use for Google services

Summary

In Eclipse Thingweb, we have a need to use Google services for two reasons:

• Soon we will enable Google Analytics for Thingweb Playground and other project websites (as it is the only authorized service by https://www.eclipse.org/org/documents/eclipse-foundation-hosted-services-privacy-and-acceptable-usage-policy.pdf)
• We have a Dart-based component and we want to publish its packages to https://pub.dev/ which requires a Google account to login

The issue is that we need a Google account, which can be gotten with any email address. Is it possible to obtain either a Google account or an email that will be used solely for these purposes?
