Description
As a project lead, I'd like to start drafting the next release of the project on PMI. So I do "create a new release".
But the very first question is about a release date; which is not really something I know at that point. I could put a fake date, but that would appear on the project main page, which is sending an erroneous flag to the community.
As a PL, I'd like to start defining a release content without defining a date, and be able to set the date later, when I have more visibility and feel more comfortable to estimate the release date.
