ECA validation check appears to be hung

Summary

On this PR https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-tests/pull/4689, the EC validation check shows as pending and does not leave that state, making it impossible to merge the PR. Upon clicking on the Details link, the contributor is successfully validated as signed the ECA.

What is the current bug behavior?

A required github check is hung in the Pending state, thus blocking the ability to merge the PR.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Expect the check to complete.

Impact

On quick glance, this is still managed by the Drupal code, and I think this is an issue there rather than in the ECA API. I've pinged @epoirier to take a look to check if that's the case!

There's some stuff that appears to be weird but not sure if it's the root of the problem or not.

1. On the commits page, there's a commit that says partially verified (doesn't say which user is not verified. Assuming it's hendrikebbers since Ndacyayisenga-droid seems to verify later).
2. On the ECA validation page, both authors links to the same Eclipse account.

I'll need to dig in deeper to find out what's really going on here.

Hi @slambertokd,

The root of the issue was that our Drupal code was trying to validate a different commit. this sort of things can happen when doing force push on a PR.

I updated the commit sha in the database so that the validation system can go through properly.

I re-ran the validation on your PR and it is green now.
