Please migrate org.eclipse.emf.git to eclipse-emf

Summary

Please migrate the following repository to GitHub:

• https://git.eclipse.org/c/emf/org.eclipse.emf.git/

We also have this horrible ancient thing to deal with too:

• https://git.eclipse.org/c/www.eclipse.org/emf.git/

I suppose this will be a good opportunity to refresh it, or to replace it with new content...

Could we name the repositories org.eclipse.emf(.git) and emf-website(.git)?

Please also delete this repository:

• https://git.eclipse.org/c/emf/org.eclipse.emf.git.back/

That repo was only created as a backup during the EMF/XSD merge.

Note that I have already enabled 2fa for by GitHub account, and I am the only committer, so we could make the eclipse-emf organization require that immediately.
