Sync Eclipse Nexus releases with Central Repository
Summary
Currently https://wiki.eclipse.org/Services/Nexus does not sync with Central Repository IIUC, therefore releases which should appear in Central Repository need to be pushed to Sonatype's OSSRH as well (according to https://wiki.eclipse.org/IT_Infrastructure_Doc#Publish_to_Maven_Central). As Eclipse qualifies as large organisation it can request direct push to Central as outlined in https://central.sonatype.org/publish/large-orgs/sync/. That eases publishing as then not every project needs to request and distribute Sonatype accounts for OSSRH.

Impact
Eases publishing to Central repository and therefore consuming Eclipse artifacts from the Maven ecosystem. Using OSSRH requires project's to deal with personal Sonatype accounts for pushing releases/snapshots. Leveraging Eclipse Nexus would allow to leverage the service credentials in Jenkins/GitHub secrets for that.
