Update https://ci.eclipse.org/ to identify the jobs for Jakarta with (jakarta)

Summary

On the website https://ci.eclipse.org/, there are so many CI jobs, which makes filtering of Jakarta jobs so difficult. I am wondering whether it is okay to add jakarta in the braket. For instance, Authentication (okd) will become Authentication (jakarta, okd). If this is acceptable, I will supply a list of jakarta jobs here. By the way, all of the jobs with (okd). It does not make much sense to have it if every job is okd. Can you remove the okd from the braket and add a sentence on the website to say all of the jobs are related to okd.
